Our client is looking for an Operations Strategy Associate Partner to join their growing consultancy practice. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a leadership role within a high-growth firm, with a clear path to Equity Partner.
To succeed in this position, you must have a strong background in supply chain and process management within a consultancy firm in the UK. Experience across industries such as Life Sciences, Automotive, Transport & Logistics, Industrial & Chemicals, and Consumer Goods is highly desirable
Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for business development, account management, and team leadership within the Operations Strategy division.
- Work closely with clients to drive improvements in Business Planning, Operations Management, Continuous Improvement, and Supply Chain Management.
- Lead client pitches, business development initiatives, and key stakeholder relationships.
- Oversee and manage project teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to the firm’s growth strategy by leveraging digital tools and emerging technologies in operational efficiency.
About You
- Experience: Extensive experience in manufacturing transformation and operations strategy within a consultancy firm.
- Industry Expertise: Background in Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, Supply Chain, Automotive, or related industries.
- Business Development: Proven ability to drive new business and manage key client relationships.
- Leadership: Strong track record in leading teams and managing complex transformation projects.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and implement innovative solutions.
