About the Role

Our client is looking for an Operations Strategy Associate Partner to join their growing consultancy practice. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a leadership role within a high-growth firm, with a clear path to Equity Partner.

To succeed in this position, you must have a strong background in supply chain and process management within a consultancy firm in the UK. Experience across industries such as Life Sciences, Automotive, Transport & Logistics, Industrial & Chemicals, and Consumer Goods is highly desirable

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full responsibility for business development, account management, and team leadership within the Operations Strategy division.
  • Work closely with clients to drive improvements in Business Planning, Operations Management, Continuous Improvement, and Supply Chain Management.
  • Lead client pitches, business development initiatives, and key stakeholder relationships.
  • Oversee and manage project teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to the firm’s growth strategy by leveraging digital tools and emerging technologies in operational efficiency.

About You

  • Experience: Extensive experience in manufacturing transformation and operations strategy within a consultancy firm.
  • Industry Expertise: Background in Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, Supply Chain, Automotive, or related industries.
  • Business Development: Proven ability to drive new business and manage key client relationships.
  • Leadership: Strong track record in leading teams and managing complex transformation projects.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and implement innovative solutions.
