Our sales coaching and business development training module enables individuals and teams to understand different sales styles and approaches. It helps them build an understanding of how their styles compare, respective strengths and improvement areas. We use a science backed psychometric approach, which compares an individual’s style to their team members and the rest of the organisation. It helps build a productive and ongoing dialogue in the team and encourages clarity around what sales people should do more, keep doing, do less and stop doing to be more successful. Our approach relies on sophrology a mixture of gentle movement, breathing techniques, meditation and positive visualisations. It guides individuals and teams through a series of Sophrology exercises to help them relax their bodies, calm their inner voice, think more clearly and feel more empowered. Used widely in Europe for over 60 years, Sophrology is a self-help method that is commonly used in business, healthcare and by elite athletes and sports teams.

Transition Planning

New senior hires and promotions are strewn with risk and a high failure rate. Our transition planning coaching is a 3 month programme which enables managers and leaders to take on a more senior position in the same or different area within their company or join a new company and make a successful transition. It enables senior new joiners to build a roadmap to understand and navigate the landscape of the new team or company that they have joined, from a cultural, people, systems and process perspective, standing them in good stead for a successful and more seamless transition into the new role.
