Retained Search

Our experienced executive search team are retained on an exclusivity basis for a senior role (Director or Partner) or for a very specific capability or sector expertise. Our team will conduct a time bound search, based on a specific client requirement. A long list will be provided within 2 weeks of being engaged. An end to end retained search will have distinct milestones and a retainer and success fee formula to enable the provision of a dedicated team and assurance of a desired outcome in an agreed time frame.
