This is a pivotal senior leadership role at the intersection of insurance, data strategy, and AI/ML innovation. You will bring deep expertise in data and advanced analytics, including the application of Large Language Models (LLMs), while also building trusted client relationships and driving new business at the highest levels.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire delivery teams, remaining hands-on and engaged in client work.
- Shape and deliver cutting-edge solutions that harness AI, LLMs, and advanced analytics to unlock tangible value for insurance clients.
- Drive measurable improvements in underwriting, risk assessment, and customer insights.
- Originate and grow client relationships, building towards a £2m+ book of business within three years.
- Play a critical role in shaping the firm’s future growth as part of the senior leadership team.
What we’re Looking for
- Deep knowledge of the insurance/reinsurance sector, particularly underwriting.
- Strong expertise in data strategy, AI/ML applications, and advanced analytics.
- Demonstrated experience applying LLMs and emerging technologies to real-world business challenges.
- Proven ability to develop business, originate client opportunities, and grow accounts.
- A collaborative leadership style with the ability to roll up sleeves and lead by example.
