Our client, a global leader in digital and sustainability transformation, is seeking an experienced and strategic Associate Vice President to join their fast-growing advisory team. This senior leadership role focuses on shaping and delivering transformation across the Automotive, Battery, and Rail sectors.
You’ll work directly with C-suite stakeholders, lead high-impact engagements, and influence the future of critical industries. This is an opportunity to combine strategic advisory with hands-on transformation delivery at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic advisory and transformation programmes for major clients in the Automotive, Battery, and Rail sectors
- Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, acting as a partner in their digital evolution
- Shape and execute go-to-market strategies, value propositions, and full sales cycles
- Champion sustainable, tech-driven solutions from concept through to implementation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary global teams to deliver complex, high-value engagements
- Represent the business in the market through thought leadership and client advocacy
about you
- MBA or PhD in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field
- Significant experience in Automotive or Consulting, with exposure to R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain transformation
- Proven track record of selling and delivering digital solutions at enterprise level
- Strong commercial and technical understanding of industrial and regulated sectors
- Experience leading international projects across diverse market and regulatory environments
- Excellent communication and leadership skills (English required; German an advantage)
