As a Senior Vice President (SVP), you’ll bring deep retail and consulting expertise to deliver rapid, results-driven change. You’ll work alongside senior industry experts on short, sharp, outcome-focused projects that demand 80/20 thinking and the ability to deliver at pace.

what You‘ll Bring
- Extensive experience in retail consulting and/or industry operations.
- Proven delivery expertise across multiple areas, including pricing, sourcing, category management, store operations, supply chain optimisation, omnichannel, and digital transformation.
- A strong track record of leading operational improvement programmes that deliver measurable results.
- Outstanding analytical, commercial, and financial skills, with the ability to communicate at C-suite level.
- A passion for retail and a willingness to thrive in fast-moving, high-pressure environments.
- Master’s degree / MBA with an excellent academic record.
