About the Role
Our client is a global management consultancy specializing in operations strategy and transformation. With a vision to become the global leader by 2030, they work across industries, including Consumer Products, Industrials & Chemicals, Automotive & Aerospace, Life Sciences, and Retail. Their expertise spans supply chain planning, manufacturing, logistics, procurement, finance, sustainability, data science, organization design, and shared services.
To support the growth of their UK manufacturing practice, they are seeking an Associate Partner to strengthen their leadership team. This role provides an entrepreneurial environment where leaders have the autonomy to drive business growth and shape sector strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the manufacturing go-to-market strategy to drive sector engagement and business growth.
- Manage client engagements, owning relationships at all levels, including C-suite stakeholders.
- Support the execution of market engagement plans and proactively generate new business opportunities.
- Lead teams on high-impact transformation projects, ensuring successful delivery and measurable client outcomes.
- Mentor and develop consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Drive sales and account development, identifying opportunities to expand client relationships.
About You
- Experience: Proven track record of leading projects within a consultancy firm, with expertise in manufacturing transformation.
- Industry Expertise: Background in Life Sciences, Industrials, Chemicals, or Food & Drink.
- Consulting Skills: Strong ability to structure work, conduct analysis, manage engagements, and drive client value.
- Business Development: Experience in sales and account management is highly desirable.
