the Role

Reporting to the Senior Change Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies that ensure seamless adoption of new initiatives. This role requires a proactive leader who can align change efforts with business goals while minimising resistance and maximising engagement.

KEY Responsibilities

  • Change Strategy Development: Create and implement change management plans that include stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness strategies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on change initiatives.
  • Training & Support: Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to develop and deliver effective training programs that facilitate smooth transitions.
  • Risk & Resistance Management: Identify potential resistance, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure proactive engagement with affected teams.
  • Project Integration: Work closely with project managers to align change management activities with project milestones.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and measure the effectiveness of change management strategies through key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Continuous Improvement: Conduct post-implementation reviews, identifying opportunities for process optimisation and future enhancements.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Degree or relevant qualification in change management, organisational development, or a related field.
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) is desirable.
  • Proven experience leading transformation and change management initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Experience in complex operational settings.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
