The Opportunity

Our client is a global professional services firm delivering technology-enabled transformation across a broad range of industries. Their integrated capability teams design, build and operate flexible technology solutions to help clients solve complex business problems and transform their operations.

They are now looking for an experienced SuccessFactors specialist to join their HR Technology practice at Senior Manager level.

the role

This is a high-impact role combining business development and sales origination with hands-on client delivery. You will bring deep solution expertise and configuration experience across Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll, operating in both strategic and technical capacities. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering complex HR transformations, leveraging SuccessFactors to drive value for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Client Delivery

  • Lead the delivery of high-quality Payroll and Time Management deployment projects as Engagement Manager
  • Provide specialist Employee Central Payroll advice, working closely with client leads to optimise processes and maximise the benefits of HR through solution design and configuration
  • Advise clients on the transformational aspects of SuccessFactors and Payroll in relation to HR operating model, service delivery, and HR process execution
  • Lead the implementation of Payroll programmes for clients
  • Advise on technical integration of SuccessFactors with other client and third-party applications including payroll, benefits, and finance systems
  • Advise on data migration and data integrity as part of deployment engagements

Business Development

  • Contribute to business development and sales initiatives including bid, proposal, and commercial negotiations
  • Help shape go-to-market offerings, build reusable assets and accelerators, and support the development of internal capability

Leadership & Practice Development

  • Lead the growth of the HR practice through knowledge sharing, thought leadership, and supporting team members’ career development
  • Act as a role model, leading from the front and assisting with goal development and coaching of junior managers
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure opportunities are shared and explored

About You

You have strong commercial acumen, a genuine desire to learn and develop, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You are comfortable operating in both strategic and technical capacities, and confident managing senior client relationships.

Experience & Qualifications

Essential:

  • Proven experience delivering Employee Central Payroll and Time programmes across 5+ end-to-end implementations
  • Advanced functional understanding of SuccessFactors, Payroll, and S/4HANA HCM components, including configuration experience across Employee Central Payroll and other modules
  • Experience leading HR transformation projects, workstreams, and teams in Delivery, Functional, or Team Lead roles across 5+ end-to-end deliveries
  • Demonstrable knowledge of HR processes mapped to key SuccessFactors modules across the hire-to-retire lifecycle, including newer capabilities in skills and AI
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with a track record of owning key client leadership relationships
  • Comfortable with both agile and waterfall delivery methods, including use of SAP tools and accelerators
  • Experience in solution architecture covering environments, data, integration, module phasing, reporting, and go-live planning
  • Excellent documentation, reporting, and presentation skills
  • Degree educated
  • Payroll certifications

Desirable:

  • Experience with non-SAP tools to streamline delivery, including configuration and data migration
